Patong Beach. We recommend both 8am and 6pm, but I must say that the 6pm session is pretty special. It allows you the most grueling beach boot camp workout while at the same time taking in the most spectacular sunset in the world.
This is a no nonsense back to basics boot camp. You never know what kind of exercises our talented fitness trainers will come up with during this session because they are always changing and keeping it fresh. You might be carrying buckets of sand in each hand for 100 meters, be doing 100 meter barefoot sprints in the loose beach sand or crab crawls down to the water and back! We also have a weighted medicine ball which likes to be carried above your shoulders for long distances in the sand! I can promise you that you will be spent by the end of the hour!
