PHUKET BEACH BOOT CAMP
PHUKET'S MOST CHALLENGING WORKOUT!

Every one is welcomed to join our Phuket Beach Boot Camps.  Give us a call or send an e-mail to let us know you are coming or choose which Beach Boot Camp location is most convenient for you and simply drop in and join the action.

Phuket Beach Boot Camp is for everyone.  Tourists, residents, locals, visitors from Bangkok.

All you need to bring is plenty of water a towel and a yoga mat.  We bring all the Beach Boot Camp toys and Thailand provides the most beautiful beaches in the world!

This is a Beach Boot Camp Fitness experience you will never forget!



Bang Tao Beach Boot Camp

Monday thru Friday

This particular Beach Boot Camp takes place on the scenic Bang Tao Beach where you will find fitness as well as peace and harmony and become one with your environment in one of Phuket's loveliest areas.

Bang Tao Beach is a set in a more secluded area of Phuket and is home to many residents who are working, living and making there way on a daily basis enjoying a fabulous Phuket life.

Bang Tao Beach offers a a landscape condusive for Beach Boot Camp workouts as it's sand is a bit harder than other beaches and allows for free movement while training.

The beach has plenty of room to get out and move around so we are not limiting the amount of participants.
We offer 10 Boot Camps per week at this location.

Morning sessions start at 7am so you can get your fitness workout in, shower and make it to work and feel great the rest of the day.
Mornings at Bang Tao beach are quiet and void of chaos as in other areas of Phuket so the start of your day is both zen and healthy.

The evening Boot Camp starts at 5:30pm.  This allows our working class residents the opportunity to leave the office, go straight to the beach and still have plenty of evening time to relax and enjoy.
The evening session is wonderful.  You will see one of the most spectacular sunsets in the world just as we begin to wind down your workout at around 6:30.  What a wonderful way to finish a spectacular day in Phuket!

Of course, the workouts are demanding and rigorous, but somehow we feel you wouldn't have it any other way.

The low rate of 400 tb per session allows everyone the opportunity to workout five days per week and reap the benefits of our ever changing Boot Camp sessions.

Some of the exercises we employ are favorites, standby's and fitness staples.  Other exercises are innovative and cutting edge techniques delivering fantastic results for weight loss, slimming, toning and cardiovascular endurance.

Kata Beach Boot Camp

This awesome Beach Boot Camp takes place on one of Phuket's biggest tourist beaches.
We chose this Kata Beach because of it's silky smooth, white beach sand and it's picturesque sunsets.


Kata Beach is typically visited by tourists and is the perfect Beach Boot Camp location for those staying in Kata Beach, Karon Beach, Nai Harn Beach and their surrounding areas.
Kata Beach is centrally located on the Southern region of Phuket and offers plenty of hotels and lodging as well as fantastic Thai and Ethnic Farang restaurants.

Most of our Kata Beach Boot Camp participants are tourists and some locals who live in the area.

Now to the good stuff!
The challenging aspect of our Kata Beach Boot Camp is the soft, loose white sand.
There is not much wet sand so the going gets rough for your legs!
The burn, the fatigue...it's an awesome feeling to know you are challenging yourself to become extremely fit.

These are just a few of the exercises you will be doing. 
There's not enough time in an hour session of Beach Boot Camp to perform all of these exercises.  This is why we encourage participants to come daily so they can vary their workouts every time they come.

Due to an overwhelming response, we have just added a new Beach Boot Camp location at the South end of Patong Beach.

E-mails have been pouring in from tourists and holiday planners for the high season.
Apparently there are some people coming to Patong Beach to be fit & healthy!

We've arranged with our Beach Boot Camp instructors to have two Patong Beach Boot Camp sessions daily.
The morning session is going to start a little bit later than our other Beach Boot Camps because we know you're probably not going to want to wake up too early!
The morning session is set to start at 8am, however we may even bump that to 9am....stay tuned.

This is going to be a great Boot Camp.
We will hold it at the South end of Patong Beach from the bridge down to the water.
There are plenty of terrain obstacles which will allow us to use the landscape to provide you with uphill battles as well as a war with the sand!

The South end of Patong Beach offers many natural fitness toys such as rocks, logs and of course, the ocean water.
